Kensington has scheduled a public community meeting for Monday night at 7:30 PM.

Planning Board Public Meeting

This call will review Kensington's proposal. We encourage everyone to attend to voice their concerns during the open session.

Ridgewood Town Hall (Village Council) meetings are held in the Village Hall at 131 N Maple Avenue, with the schedule typically including two work sessions and one public meeting each month, though the frequency subject to change. You can find upcoming meeting dates, agendas, and details on how to participate by visiting the Village of Ridgewood's official calendar and Agenda Center pages. Meetings are also available to view live and online (select "Watch Live"), with the ability to participate through Zoom (subject to change by the council).

Mediation - Village Council Work Session

Wednesday, December 3rd - Village of Ridgewood Docket: BER-L-0007777-25

This was a closed session the public could not attend. Kensington Senior Development is actively pursuing legal action to push forward their proposed assisted-living development. The village council met with Kensington in a mediation at the Bergen County courts. We have requested the information to be shared with the public. Check back for an update once we have more information.
